Instructions: To turn on/off press & hold the “S” button for 2 seconds, single click to change intensity, and double click to change mode. To use with the remote, turn the remote on by holding the “S” button for 2 seconds, press again to change the vibration mode, and then click the arrows to change the intensity level.

Before using a new Svakom device, please fully charge the battery and clean with mild unscented soap before use. Keep the product in a clean, cool and dry place. Moisture can damage the batteries and motor. Avoid direct sunlight. Before storing the device ensure that all functions have been turned off and the device is no longer active in any way.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
