Avoid using tissues or paper towels, as they may scratch the surface. Avoid Excessive Moisture: Minimize your jewellery's exposure to moisture, including water and humidity. Remove your sterling silver pieces before swimming, bathing, or participating in activities that may cause excessive sweating. Moisture can speed up tarnishing and potentially damage delicate gemstones or pearls.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
