Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh cleansers, as they can remove or damage the gold vermeil layer. Do not use jewellery dips or ultrasonic cleaners. Avoid Excessive Moisture: Minimize your jewellery's exposure to moisture, including water and humidity. Remove your sterling silver pieces before swimming, bathing, or participating in activities that may cause excessive sweating. Moisture can speed up tarnishing and potentially damage delicate gemstones or pearls

Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
